Welcome to Khusela Skills Institute, we are an accredited training provider and conducts learnerships up to NQF level 3, these programmes can assist individuals to gain the necessary skills and workplace experience that will open up better employment or entrepreneurial opportunities and teach the learner both in the classroom and workplace. Our core focus is Hygiene and Cleaning, Business Administration and Security Services, although plan to venture out in 2024 and included a variety of entrepreneurial courses and opportunities for young professionals to certify in Care Giving Skills.
It is our goal to give our clients fully trained, skilled and qualified workers capable of achieving the highest level of production and return on investment.

Training and development for all office-based employees is the responsibility of the appointed SDF, in consultation with relevant management. The SDF will conduct a basic training needs analysis, and will report on any skills/competency gaps identified. The SDF will then plan and implement the relevant training, and submit the WSP and ATR documents to SETA.
